We use many different measures to help protect information transmitted over or stored on our systems. For example, your Personal Information is contained behind secured networks, and is encrypted when transmitted to us via Secure Socket Layer (SSL) technology, to try and keep the information secure. All sensitive payment and verification information (e.g. bank account/credit card numbers) is handled on Stripe's servers, so FilmBook does not receive or process the full information. Within the dashboard, FilmBook will only be able to see the last 4 digits of a customer's payment method as well as matters such as the customer’s credit balance, payments, and invoices. Additionally, any sensitive information for connected accounts is only seen by Stripe for verification purposes. We regularly review our information collection, storage and processing practices, including physical security measures, to guard against unauthorized access to systems.
